”I stayed at the InterContinental dor 7 days and found the hotel to be clean and conveniently located next to Larcomar, Unfortunately, a billing issue significantly impacted my overall experience. During my stay, questions were raised regarding my fiancée staying with me, apparently they have a schedule for visitors, I discussed the matter with hotel management and was informed that the related charges would be waived. Based on that conversation, I understood the issue to be resolved and...

”The place has great energy, extremely conforming after a long flight. We loved the location and the cleanliness of the room. The draw back is for that amount charged they don’t even give drinking water each day!! Nor do they have disposable shaving kits when asked !! The pool is like a kid size.. the rooms don’t have bathtubs if you are looking to soak up after a hike.”

”When we checked in the person at the desk asked us to pay even though we had already paid through hotels.com. We showed a receipt and they still wanted to take a guarantee from a card. The next day it was fine and the payment was cancelled but unbelivable bug in hotel rated like this. Also how we were trested was not good customer service as we showed that the reservation was paid in full.”

”We had this hotel as base for 2 weeks Perutour in Lima. It was conviniently located next to Kennedy Park where was good airport connection. Room was big, quite silent and hotel offered us as welcome gift cheese plate with red wine. Breakfast was really nice. There was pool on rooftop but we did not use that one during Peruvian winter season. We were happy with this hotel”
