”Worst experience I’ve ever had. I booked the stay. Paid for 3 night reservation. Arrived at 10pm after a 5 hour drive only for the staff/owners to tell me they don’t do reservations. But I paid already. These guys told me to call Expedia to get my refund. But they also had the audacity to ask me for more money at the hotel to stay there. I left. And I’ve been fighting with them and Expedia for over a week and still have yet to get my money back. ”
