”We very much enjoyed our stay in this ancient house. For those who like cycling, there are excellent rides in all directions from the front door. Quiet, rolling countryside with narrow lanes, peppered by interesting hilltop villages, plus the attractive hilltop town of Lecteure nearby and La Romieu with an excellent boulangerie. The swimming pool was a bonus in hot weather.”

”This was our second time staying at Patrick's place. This is a very special place. The Gers is a great place in itself and La Romieu might be the prettiest little town in the region. The setting of the house is also fantastic. Watching the sun set over the fields from the pool will never get old. The location is very private and extremely quiet. Perfect for a break from busy city life. Patrick is an excellent and communicative host. We are already contemplating our return!”
