”Hieman syrjässä oleva hotelli. Ilmaiset kuljetukset keskustaan ja satamaan. Iso huone ja hyvä sänky. Tarjosivat ilmaisen huoneluokan korotuksen merinäköalalla. Hyvä kuntosali ja uima-altaat sisällä ja ulkona. Lisäksi löytyy sauna. Uimaranta vieressä. Merivesi kuitenkin näytti niin likaiselta ettei houkutellut uimaan. Uloskirjautuminen oli todella hidas.”

”Excellent hotel, definately better than the JW Marriott Macau or the others within the Galaxy complex. Superb room on the 29th floor with a pool and comfortable couches. Quiet and cosy for families. Breakfast was as good as in JW Marriott. The service was superior. Could have not been any happier to have booked the room with a lot lower price than in Marriott. The grand deck was nice.”

”There were quite some disturbing issues during the stay, I was in a rush to take my car and leave however I need a stamp from the check in desk, the stamping process took abnormally long and it was found out that the machine was jammed and they had me waiting while they try to take the ticket out, it took about roughly 10 mins, they could’ve done a better job in problem solving, such as giving me a new ticket straight away, or contacting the gate keeper to open the parking gate for me to leave....

”We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very comfortable, staff very helpful and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Nice pool and spa area too.”

”Ihana hotelli Macaon vanhassa osassa, kävelymatkan päässä historiallisesta keskustasta. Iso huone, josta komea näköala. Erinomainen palvelu: ei kiusaannutava vaan juuri sopivan ystävällinen ja huomaavainen. Parhaita uima-allasalueita joita olen nähnyt. Uimassa ei ollut vierailumme aikana juuri ketään, eli saimme nauttia privaattialtaasta ja hyvästä palvelusta. Tunnelma hotellissa oli mukava. Kaikissa tiloissa oli erittäin siistiä ja rauhallista, vaikka onkin iso hotelli kasinon yhteydessä....

”This hotel is very clean and good service from door men downstairs and the views from the room is incredible. The only downside is location is slightly random, not in old Macau or cotai where all the other new casinos and hotels are. ”

”4인 가족 (어른 2 + 고딩 1명 + 초딩 한명) 묶었어요. 3시에 체크인 했고 Mr. Louis 직원이 체크인을 해주셨고 친절하셨어요. 가장 기본 룸 2인으로 예약하고 엑스트라베드 신청했었는데, 체크인 할때 Suite 룸으로 업그레이드 해줬고 엑스트라베드 신청했는데 무료로 해주셔서 매우 감사했어요. 윈팰리스 분수쇼가 보이는 룸으로 분수쇼가 잘 보였고 음악소리는 거의 들리지 않아서 괜찮았어요. 한국인 여직원이 있어서 편리했고 친절하셨어요. 아쉬웠던 점은 로비가 공사중이여서 좁은 느낌이 들었음. ”

”It was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but there was a strong smell of cigarettes. The staff who handled my check-in offered me a room exchange, but I declined because I had already unpacked my belongings. Even though there was a warning sign prohibiting smoking in the room itself, it smelled like it was a smoking room. It was very disappointing that the Mandarin Oriental brand and trust were completely lost. Is it because it's Macau or what? impossible.”
