”Sheets n comforter was a li dirty”

”We were needing a quick stay as we were traveling through. Precious was amazing & so welcoming since we didn’t get into town till 1:30am. She’s an asset to this hotel. 💝 Our room however smelt like smoke & the bathtub needs to be refinished. I seriously didn’t care as I just wanted to sleep asap but my son was disgusted. Breakfast was great, dining area was clean & staff was friendly ”

”Everything was wonderful”

”We reserved a room for 4 people. When we arrived we discovered the toilet would not reset itself after flushing. The water would continuously run. We reported it to the front desk and requested a repair. We were told they did not have anyone working on the weekends to repair. It would seem that to have someone on staff for the weekend would be cheaper that paying on high water bill.”

”Clean room ,friendly staff, easy check-in /check-out service, plus free parking. Can't comment about the breakfast, pool or exercise room because we didn't utilize them. Excellent stay!”

We didn’t have a remote in our room and when we called down to ask where it was she said, “There is one down here if you want to come get it.” I don’t expect them to jump at the opportunity to have to come all the way up to our room but it wasn’t our fault we didn’t have a remote in there. Also, there were parts of the ceiling in the lobby that looked like it was peeling, the floor looked to be in rough shape, and our shower door would not close and you...

”Very positive surprise. The corner suite was so nice I would have wanted to stay there for a much longer time than just one night. Complementary breakfast and light "social supper" were positive experiences too. Surroundings were excellent too, the venue was just some hundreds of meters from a big shopping area with a good selection of restaurants.”

”Actually I like everything, don’t complain”

”Arrived to an unclean room with no clean towels, kitchen, or sheets. There were cigarette ashes on the nightstand and floor. The lock on my door did not secure properly unless you slammed the door and I was locked out 2 nights of my stay. I had to call their “lock-out” number 10-15 times over the course of 30 minutes to get back into my room. I have never had a worse experience at a hotel.”

”Beds were comfortable, room was relatively clean. It’s an old property, so expect things to be worn. Location is not in the safest area.”
