The staff was supee friendly and helpful with directions and checking us in and out. The room did NOT smell like or look like someone had smoked there, we had been to a few hotels that claimed they were smoke free, but we could smell freshly lit cigerettes in the room. ”Such a lovely hotel in lovely Marshall! Really comfy bed and spacious suite (we stayed in the Sheriff’s suite), we wished we were staying for longer. The restaurant downstairs was also fab and had a great selection of both alcoholic and non alcoholic beers etc. which was great to see.”

”I had no real problem with the property and what it had for me. The loft area for sleeping is not made for tall people like myself, so it could get a little tight changing clothes, etc. Not a big deal. Where I have issue is the long-term residents below my space. We are asked to be considerate about noise after 10:00 pm. While I have not problem doing that, I would expect the same in return. They were noisy at various times during the day and night. Doors slamming and arguments happening...
