”The hotel was beautiful but we had to wait an hour past check in time for our room, hurts thank you Carol yes”

”We had the best time at Hotel Lago Grey - the staff were extremely helpful and it is set up to help you get the most out of your trip with the least amount of effort required. I only gave it 4 stars because whilst the view from the room is out of this world - some basic amenities like a kettle and provision of water were missing, and there was only one restaurant and menu of food options to choose from. However, the staff were super responsive and went out of the way to really help you. They...

”This is a beautiful property overlooking the fjords and mountains. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The included breakfast is fantastic! Highly recommend this hotel.”

Habitacion, limpieza, personsl, spa. Me encantó el jacuzzi exterior”

”Breakfast was ok, plenty of bread and various sweet spreads, scrambled egg was brought out in a china bowl and left on the side so got cold quickly. There was a yoghurt and fruit option but I would say the breakfast was very basic and not the greatest quality.”

”The place was perfect for what we needed. A quiet place to sleep for a night and close enough to Torres del Paine NP, we could return early in the morning. The room felt cold, but the warm comfy bed and blankets kept us warm at night. We slept well! The breakfast was more than enough and the staff was nice.”

”Very nice hotel. Convenient to restaurants in town. Nice pool and hot tub. Staff were very accommodating”

”Superb location, accommodation and great staff”

”The hotel has stylist design and the room was very functional. The location is great too.”

”One of the best hotels i've been to.”

”It was a great experience to stay at this great facility where everything was thought with customer in mind! Rooms, views, restaurants and the museum at the facility together with fantastic tour to Torres Del Paine made the stay unforgettable.”

”My brother and me stayed in this hotel before and after hiking in Torres del Paine. The architecture and interior are modern and frankly impressive. The staff is amazing: very helpful and made us feel very welcome. The food was good, especially after coming back after 5 days of hiking. I hope I have opportunity to stay here again.”

”Amazing place in the entrance of the National Park, very comfortable room and a fantastic buffet style dinner in a beautiful, wood dinner room.”

”The hotel has a wonderful location and the building has a historical feel.”

”O hotel é lindo! Acolhedor, limpo e a equipe bem simpática. Recomendo 100%”

”Everything was as should, nothing to complain. Fast and smooth check in and out. ”
