”Kuljetus hotellille lähtee lähtevien puolelta, jossa kyltit autoon nouseminen kielletty”

”Sijainti ok, uima-allas, aamiainen perustasoa. TV kanavista puuttui englanninkieliset uutiset.”

”Best hotel in Santiago”

”Sängyn peittoon olisi hyvä olla pussilakana”

”Kaikki toimi hyvin. Huone hyvä. Aamupala hyvä. Sijainti hyvä.”

”L’hôtel au complet et les services offerts ! C’est vraiment superbe”

”The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect. It is practically in the heart of the city but still in a rather quiet area. There was a big and beautiful park right in front of the hotel which was a big bonus. You could just step out of the front door and go and sit on one of the park benches. There were a few problems as well. Even though our room was on the eighth floor, we could hear practically everything that was going on on the street level; passing cars, the occational dogs barking...

”不喜欢这家酒店，非常吵闹，早餐极差！”

”Great stay and service”

”Hotel is located in a nice old building and the rooms are old, in a good way. Some rooms seemed to be a bit of a labyrinth, but that’s one of the downsides of a old building. Rooftop swimming pool is more like a bathtub on the roof, and we were not very amazed with the rooftop bar either.”

”From arrival to departure the staff was helpful and friendly. They let us occupy the room earlier since our flight arrived in the morning. They offered us a courtesy drink during happy hour, the included breakfast had great variety of food. And the food and service at the restaurant on the 8th floor was excellent! Plus the location could not be better. We were closed enough to walk to most attractions. Definitely recommend!”
