”This little house is perfect. Very comfortable inside with real, homey furniture. It was remarkably clean also. The location of the house is fantastic, right on a perfect little beach. The beach and house have a long day with lots of sun. Being on the north side of the land, it felt possibly it wouldn't get much sun and would be shady early in the evening but there was a long day here. ”Our family of four had a great stay at Josh's place. It's clean and bright and really comfortable. Josh's house is right there but he gave us all the privacy we wanted and was also up for fun conversation when we wanted. He had great tips about the area. The house is just a few steps from great breakfast pastries and coffee and and easy walk to the marina and pub. We had a great time!”

”The cottage was well appointed and had everything we needed. The only thing that I have to complain about is the cleanliness of the place. I had to pay a cleaning fee, yet the cottage was not very clean in some areas. I spilled some water on the floor and when I mopped it up the cloth came away filthy. Same with the table top, it had sticky rings from a glass on it and was quite dirty.”

”We love the views we have stayed twice in this unit. Wish they had better Canadian TV ( sports channel). Couldn’t get hockey play off games which we asked about before booking and never got a response. We’re able to watch at the Pub but wasn’t ideal. Would have given 5 stars but it’s time for a deep clean carpets are getting stained, toilets need good scrub, windows need a spring clean.”
