”PLEASE go elsewhere if you have the choice. Poor room service, the restaurant does not have a good decent menu. However, the people working at the hotel are kind and try their best with the limited tools and training they have been empowered with.There is no shuttle service attached to the hotel. You need to make personal arrangements or pay for a taxi.”

”The staff are all very nice and helpful. They were in the process of remodeling a wing so clean was a challenge. Then their hoover was broken so the poor staff were sweeping rugs using s dust broom. I really look forward to the new mattresses they promise in the superior rooms as they just installed in the standard rooms. Breakfast is eggs your way then dinner type savories. Pretty much same every day. The breads are very dry so dont get eaten. No pork, good for non pork eater. The breakfast...

”I was there two times. As a Gold VIP member from hotels.com I was supposed to have a free bottle of wine by the hotel. No bottle was given "as they had changed the rules". In my reservation it said that I was supposed to have one. They said it was hotels.com mistake, but still when I checked future reservations, the bottle was offered. I don't know whose fault it is, but I would NEVER stay in this hotel again because if 5-star hotel cannot solve customers' problem in a small case, how they solve...
