”The check-in experience was very unpleasant. The concierge agent was very unprofessional. While I was checking in, he kept entertaining other people without asking me. He put me on hold and made me wait for a long time. I had to wait for the room at around 4 pm. He asked me to sit and completely forgot. After sitting in the lobby for about 30 minutes, I went back, and then he gave me the room key. I was very tired.”

”Great service.great people,”

”The staff were extremely helpful. Room was very clean, modern and well Maintained. Breakfast was superb and well planned. It is very difficult to say which staff stands out as all are excellent. I particularly mention Tushu and Isha who were proactive in helping me.”

”Terrible experience. I suggest all of you don’t go to stay there. They try to blackmail you. Be careful to go to there”

”Good and relaxing stay always after busy day at Dhaka.”
