”Beautiful hotel in a great location! Amazing beach access and playground. My kids loved fishing of the pier. The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff were phenomenal. My only complaint is the buffet breakfast, wish someone finally made buffet like they have in Europe with fresh fruits, veggies, sliced deli meat and different cheeses, and bakery, pastries. Everything was highly processed. ”

”I arrived at 1:30am, I was happy that there was somebody that was working to give me a key. They were friendly. I would definately stay there again. The bed are very squeaky and noisy, I usually stay at Hiltons or Marriotts, this is NOT that, but it is clean, charming, rustic-ish, squeaky floors, but there again...sort of cool. I felt safe, you will be driving on dirt roads to get there though, be ready for that. I give a very positive rating. I slept like a baby that night there.”

”Check in was simple and fast. The owner was very kind and knowledgeable about festivities going on in the area. The property was so nice looking! It’s tucked away in a quiet area of the main road. They have free put-put golf on site and a small playground for kids. (I didn’t pay much attention because we didn’t take our kids, but I think there were swings) I’m not sure why, but we were “upgraded” upon arrival. The room was very spacious! The bed was comfortable, the water was hot, the AC was...

”Had an outstanding time. The cabin was excellent. The heating/cooling unit worked great for keeping the whole place comfortable. Everything was clean, and well maintained. Lots of open area to park, and a beautiful natural pavilion at the entrance. Suggest you bring lawn chairs, a blackstone griddle, and corn hole and enjoy the scene. 20 minutes or less from the boat launch in Manistee. We’ll be back. Everything was as expected or better. No complaints! ”

”We had a wonderful stay at Alfred’s place. Super cozy and easy to get to, very close to Crystal Mt Resort. We were in town for a wedding there and this was perfect for our needs. Breakfast hosted by Alfred was the highlight of the trip, his hospitality was first class! ”
