”We stayed a week. Three days into the stay, I informed the front desk I would like the room to be refreshed. When we came back to the room, I found towels and bedsheets on the kitchen counter. Our dirty towels were still in the floor. The beds were not made. Toiletries were not restocked. I informed the front desk of the issues at checkout. I didn’t receive a follow up from the Osthoff.
Also, we were unable to get the master bedroom temperature correct. Unit ran continually.

”Decent place to crash overnight. Staff is really nice. The pool temperature was colder than lake michigan, but my kids had fun. The main problem was that the bathroom in our room was dirty. I almost asked staff to hand me a mop to mop the floor myself. It was bad with other people's hair on the corner. Really unacceptable. The rest of the room was fine.”
