”It's a cosy place and its convenient to access the lodge, as it just off the main road. They are also very eco aware and do their best to upcycle things. The staff, in particular Marcus, was fantastic at ensuring that we had everything we needed. The lunchbox we better than average and it was good value for money.”

”Staff was great. Food was great. Property was great. Natural setting with birds and monkeys was really great. On a clear day you can see the top of Kilimanjaro as you have a gin and tonic on the veranda in the photo. Monkeys would be playing overhead as you were eating on a terrace overlooking a bird paradise. Horseback riding was great through the village and jungly terrain. Gift shop was great compared to others I saw in Tanzania and we spent loads there. Pool was great. Wonderful...

”The facilities, including the lodge, furnishings and buildings were tip top, much to like. The greenery - trees, gardens great. Some of the staff - especially house keeping were unresponsive/slow and if something was requested in the room, took too long, and once we requested towels at the swimming pool which were never delivered even after following up. ”What an amazing experience! Sleeping quarters for 5 people were right but the price was right and space didn’t matter when waking up to zebras, wildebeests and monkeys in your front yard! Food was great, drinks were great, and staff was lovely. I saw some people complaint about hot water but it’s Africa! What do you expect?!! A cold shower was nothing to complain about when all that wildlife is passing through your camp! ”
