”The rooms are worn and in need of refurbishing. The shower faucet leaked, carpets were worn and the room was humid. The pool was nice, but the water was very cold. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. It would be nice to have oatmeal as a breakfast option.”

”We love staying at this hotel! Staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean! It is located in the downtown area of Hannibal Missouri we walked to almost everything we wanted to do except for taking the trolley and did the cave and winery. We had a great time and will definitely be back!”

”The property reminded us of a drug house. We booked 2 nights and left after 1. If it had not been late when we arrived, we would have left without staying at all. I will add the night person was helpful.”

”The room was very clean and looked to be recently refreshed. The only thing that might concern some travelers was the stained grout in the bathroom. It was stained not dirty. The grout around the tub needs to be redone, it was a sloppy job of sealing. It would definitely improve the look. Everything else was in good shape.”

”The staff was very helpful when I was looking for a place that delivered food. They need to pay more attention when cleaning the rooms as there was a large spider web in the corner near my bed.”

”Chris was warm and inviting and made sure that we were taken care of and prepared for our stay/ visit in Hannibal. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful and the accommodations were cozy and efficient.”

”Planned a quick stop at Hannibal, a charming town with lots of Mark Twain related sights to visit. The apartment is equally charming and comfortable. Very clean and nicely decorated. Highly recommended”

”This little cottage was adorable. Very clean. The furniture and decor matching the vibe of historic Hannibal. We will definitely stay again on our next sisters' trip in Hannibal. Gordon was very quick with responses and was very friendly.”

”The host didn’t pay his power bill and the power was cut off. This is after I sent him the notice that was on the door. They didn’t have WiFi service until the 5th day. His bathroom threshold was a on inch high wooden board that busted your toe at night. They didn’t provide basic supplies like dish washing liquid or coffee supplies . When I I reported this to VRBO and checked out early. The host text me he was part of a business group in the area and he said I would never be able to rent a place...

”Quite an upgrade on where we've stayed when we fished Mark Twain. Everything we needed and then some. Probably going to rebook for next May. One thing,the siding on the front entrance really needs some work.”
