”The room was pretty clean except the bathroom was dirty. I’m not generally fussy about a hair or some one thing. But the floor was visibly covered in hair and toothpaste on the floor near the sink. Toilet paper scraps by the toilet. It was clear it had not been swept/mopped before we arrived. When I reached out via the Expedia app (because that’s how they contacted us), I received no response.”

”Very clean - beautiful view”

”We were on vacation from Finland and visited nine states. During our trip we stayed in hotels of various levels, some of which were five-star hotels with very good reviews. This accommodation was still the cleanest of all. In addition, the accommodation had the best beds, a very good small kitchen and a cozy breakfast area. Extra points for the fact that the room was odorless, there was no carpet and the bathroom had a very good shower.”

”Cockroaches”

”Great buy for the money. Clean room. Bed was a bit tired. No soap for the shower, only hand soap. Took 15 minutes to get checked in, as the printer was not working and the nice lady was waiting to get me to sign a contract. Never worked.”

”Buen precio, buena ubicacion y tranquilo”

”Not sure how this gained 7.8 star ratings, but this was nowhere near 7.8 stars. The selections for breakfast were disgusting. There really wasn’t anything to eat other than a bagel and a tiny yogurt cup. Will not be staying here again.”

”We enjoyed our stay here. The cabin was clean and very cozy.”

”It was ok for the price. Parking lot needs a major make over. The rain showed pot holes everywhere! Fairly clean, shower leaked. Room small!”

”This is the perfect cozy little weekend getaway. We have stayed here twice. The pool is great and just a stones throw away. We always take our fishing poles and fish in the little pond for fun. This last time we took our golf cart and explored. It is quiet, clean, and relaxing. And you can’t beat the price! We will be going again.”

”The property was just as listed.”

”Great house for our vacation, accommodations met all our needs.”

”My son and I both liked ‘Sunny Daze’ very much. Clean, comfortable and fun.The screened in porch was just right. There were many games and we chose a competitive game of darts.Jet Ski rentals was his birthday wish and his wish was granted. We plan a birthday adventure each year and this place was perfect. We would definitely rent again.”

”My son was there for a bass fishing tournament. He enjoyed his stay along with his Boat Captain and team mate. Staying at the resort where the tournament was held was a nice perk.”

”Great house/property and very attentive owners!”

”I have pictures of the oven and damage on the walls that were there when we arrived. The oven had very thick grease in the bottom and I had to clean the oven before I could use it. Both BBQ grills were full of used charcoal and were nasty dirty so we didn’t use them at all. When we first arrived the code wouldn’t work so we contacted Ashley and they called their parents and we were given a key. The owner told us to pull the door toward us when we put in the code and the door handle came off in...

”The house was beautiful!! The walk down to the dock was pretty steep especially with coolers but was nice being able to leave our boats in the water. Plenty of supplies provided for our stay. Great Stay!”
