”When we arrived all the electrical power was off. Storms had downed power lines in the area. It could have been a disaster for us. The staff went above and beyond their normal duties to get us in our room. The power was to be on in a few hours. Went went site seeing of the area. When we came back the power was on. Thank goodness. We love the resort. I believe it opened in 1952 but it look like it opened in 2015. It was fully renovated and super clean. Food for breakfast was very good and...

”We were on vacation from Finland and visited nine states. During our trip we stayed in hotels of various levels, some of which were five-star hotels with very good reviews. This accommodation was still the cleanest of all. In addition, the accommodation had the best beds, a very good small kitchen and a cozy breakfast area. Extra points for the fact that the room was odorless, there was no carpet and the bathroom had a very good shower.”

The ad led us to believe that the amenities included were apart of our package, but when we arrived, we found out that there were extra fees for laundry, ice, firewood, etc. Myself and my husband thought these things were included due to the way the ad was worded.
