”From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were treated as family. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast had many selections to choose from. Belgian waffles and mini waffles, options of breads to toast, eggs, sausage, cereal options, coffee and hot chocolate all day in the lobby. ”

”Every one was friendly and courteous, it was clean, the beds were very comfortable, the pool and hot tub were clean, AND, they made sure I got to the airport when I didn't have transportation. I loved visiting Thief River, and Quality Inn was a wonderful place to land in the evenings.”

”The manager I believe Heather was her name absolutely amazing she went above and beyond to make sure my stay was everything and I was comfortable they are under going some updates and she apologized for that but I told her they are doing great and it was ok very comfortable cozy quiet and just all around awesome staff her and her husband ”

”We stayed at the Cozy House for a week so we could attend family reunions. It was the perfect place for us while we were there. Karlstad is adorable and you should check out the fun Scandinavian shop in town. The area is full of history, which included my own family over 100 years ago. We truly enjoyed our stay and Sandy was so nice to work with. We would love to come back some day!”
