”Rude staff - we requested an hour late check out - the lady who checked us in was very sweet and polite and said we can check out at 12 pm instead of 11 am -the next day we informed housekeeping when she was knocking at 10.50 that we have a late check out. ”The property is an older hotel built back in the 60's, it has recently been updated w newer furnishings. It is a basic hotel, 2 story, no pool or lobby. It does have drink / vending machines and ice machines on each level. Each room has a private balcony w a view overlooking the lake. Renting a tiny floating cabin sounded good in theory, but all the boats coming in and out made it rough just being on it with all the rocking back and forth.
