”Everything was outstanding.”

”This was a great choice of place to stay while we visited French Lick for my birthday weekend. Just a 10 min or less drive to the casino and lots of good restaurant choices. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and when we were first unloading our suitcases in the room we noticed the smoke alarm was chirping every minute needing new batteries. My husband went down to the desk and she gave us a different room right away. Breakfast was full buffet and the kitchen staff was very attentive keeping fresh...

”Bed looked like it was slept in... Thermostat was locked and un-adjustable... No drinking water or breakfast or any food for that matter as advertised. No live TV (only paid apps tv were available (Was there during the World Series... not cool) But the coffee maker worked. Good work guys!”

”We were there for our 50th wedding anniversary with our family. We had 4 rooms which were nice. There were lots of Christmas activities going on. Our dinner at the West Baden resort was wonderful. Both hotels are very nice, but I would recommend the French Lick Hotel if you have kids along.”

”Place was fairly nice. Had an issue with significant odor coming from hot water. Talked with owner and he will probably change hot water heater. TV did not work and no instructions. Called manager who talked me thru hooking up the new satellite Dish system properly. Had to change HDMI plug. Place should come with printed TV use instructions for guests. WIFI not available which was advertised. Manager stated it was beyond their control. Outside had some hazards such as ground holes and caved in...

”House was nice and clean, exactly as advertised. The host had coffee pods, lots of creamer, bottled water and toothbrushes/toothpaste, which we appreciated.”

”The check in process was super easy. The cabin was adorable and had just what we needed to camp comfortably. The grounds were quiet and everyone was very friendly. We love how we were able to bring our dogs! If you are in the area we highly suggest this property!”
