”Hyatt Regency Hotel is one of the best hotel in Harare you could stay in. Their service is exquisite, the staff are so friendly and very professional, they greet you with a smile & i quick to respond any issues that arise. I stayed in one of their suite and every 2 days they would bring me fresh fruits, making sure my water is topped up in the fridge & that my room is clean always. Their food is amazing, I wasn’t very keen on the breakfast but food its self is 👌. I would definitely book again &...

”Clean, nice room, off-street parking, friendly service. Obviously still in the process of being converted into a guesthouse, our bathroom could have done with a second towel rail. The stairs to the best room upstairs are a bit challenging for older folk. Absolute need to connect to their WiFi via WhatsApp, to be able to contact them to open the gate (or have a local SIMM to be able to phone them). ”

”We really enjoyed our stay!! The room was very comfortable and clean. We asked for a later checkout due to having a later flight and they were very accommodating to us. The staff did an amazing job and super friendly! The breakfast that is included was soo delicious too. It’s a hidden gem in Harare, definitely will be staying here again when back in town. ”

”The property is in Harare City, but almost feels like in the country becasue of the lovely grounds. The staff were helpful and the food was good. The room comfortable. The shower wasn't 100% consistant with its temperature, but worked ok.”
