”Extremely spacious and comfortable room in a lovely setting. Very friendly, helpful staff. Not many guests but slightly off-season. Would warmly recommend this place as a comfortable option at Great Zimbabwe full of character. Slightly over-priced food, but worth it for the quality of setting, staff and facilities.”

”Prior arrangement made were not honoured. No accountability was taken. We were advised that rooms include breakfast only to be told we have to pay for it on check-out.”

”Staff communication and leadership by management needs a lot of improvement. It was a nightmare making the booking to start with and we were expected to pay for breakfast during checkout even through staff had confirmed it was inclusive of our stay when we specifically asked during checkin.”
