”this hotel is a hidden gem when you actually consider where in the world it is. Very safe and plenty of security The staff are all very pleasant and helpful. breakfast was fresh everyday (but sometimes a bit cold) plenty of choice, the food in the restaurant was surprisingly very very good, excellent steaks and pizza sandy the porter was a very nice helpful guy as was Wilker the operations manager who sorted out a hire car for me, translated the hire agreement as i do not speak Portuguese - very...

”The lady at the reception when checking-in could not speak English and she was not friendly, thanks to the gentleman (forgot his name) who came to our rescue. Day stuff were so friendly and they could speak different languages. I believe after the renovations the hotel will be superb. Not forgetting the security guys, I thank them from the bottom of my heart, they were so helpful and they even washed my car.”
