”Got a 1 bedroom suite with a kitchen. Most of the dishes were dirty and in the dishwasher from previous guest. The amount of light switches were overwhelming and made little sense. There was a group of some sort in house and they had closed off public seating for them in the lobby so no where to really hang out downstairs. Guests smoking in pool was a big turn off, ended up not swimming since toddler is sensitive to smoke.”

”This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It’s gorgeous, super clean, restaurant and bar, pool tables, awesome breakfast buffet with lots of choices, and the room was really nice. My name was even displayed on the TV screen when I came in!”

But what prompted my review, I witnessed the desk staff being unhelpful and argumentative with multiple guests. One guy had key that wasn't working and they were reluctant to exchange it. Another asked for extra towels, and she literally made him go back to the room and bring his dirty towels to the front desk to get towels. I guess i...

We really didn’t meet any of the staff except for the lady who brought breakfast to our room. Breakfast was very good. All in all, it was a pleasant stay. The only other complaint is that we found the bed rather uncomfortable.”

I'm filing an official complaint. Don't waste your money here and if you do, say hi to the creepy guy who wanders the hallways. He'll go the other way.”

”On July 4th there was no electricity in our room from 6pm-9am..! The front clerk couldn’t have cared less about our comfort and concerned!! He literally didn’t care! He didn’t offer anything than unprofessionalism and no compassion!! We had no TV and totally in the dark..! We weren’t able to take a shower until 11am.. I will be filing a complaint with the Office of the President!!”
