”The hotel and room are in pretty roughshape, and the towels all had some staining on them, and there was a smallstain on the bedsheets. The property itself was okay, although the parking lot had cones in it for travelers to avoid hazards. There were a lot of chemicals used to clean the room (perhaps because they allow pets?), and I ended up with a migraine. Also, there were no quiet hours- guests were screaming, making weird noises, and slamming doors until at least 1 am. The staff was polite...

”The staff was amazing! Unfortunately, the room was awful. The beds were hard, the bottom of the shower was poorly fixed after it cracked and the toilet leaked to the point water completely leaked over the entire bathroom floor. They fixed the leak quickly, but the beds were terrible!”

”Everything about this place was wonderful for us! We were there to see the Kinzua Bridge, Elk spotting and star gazing and this location was spot on. The amenities of the property made the vacation better than we imagined. The open field was huge bonus, beautifully surrounded with the fall foliage and stunning at night! Thank you to our host Chris for the timely responses, we had a perfect 4 day adventure!”

”Our second stay at the home. Was everything we expected. The bath towels are very poor as they just didn't dry you off and their is no way to plug the bathtub for taking a bath. We enjoyed the snow and bubbling stream behind the house. ”

”Property is located on main street in Kane and is well equipped for visitors, Was easy to communicate with the host and the property was clean and quiet, Numerous restaurants were within walking distance. Close to the forest hiking areas We enjoyed our stay.”
