”We enjoyed our stay tremendously. We stayed in an oceanside suite but the room was outdated and a bit run down. We tipped the cleaning staff well but they only changed out the towels/sheets. They did not clean the toilet or sweep the floors. Pools were nice, wait service was slow. The only other downer was that they pumped loud music through the outdoor speakers at 8:30 am not allowing us to sleep in. Other than those, the food and drink were great and the beach was very clean.”

”The location was unbeatable! Nestled in the heart of downtown everything was walkable. The hotel felt very safe and the staff were all friendly. The beds were super comfy and being on the 15th floor the street noise was not too bad. The room was spacious and the amenities were perfect (microwave, fridge and ice machine. The only thing that we found a turn off was the pool. It was a dark green/blue and the stairs into it were super steep. Very awkward to get in and out of. (we didn't choose...

”Our stay at the Hyatt was outstanding from start to finish. Friendly staff, clean, immaculate rooms. You can walk right out of the hotel to the beach and everything else you may need is right within walking distance. A nice little coffee shop and delicious restaurant right inside the hotel and a on site pool on the 8th floor with a nice bar. The view from our room overseeing the beach was breathtaking. Thinking of making this a yearly occurrence after such a wonderful experience! ”

”It's pretty good value for money if you don't mind some noise from the pool area. There was many people enjoying the pools late in the evening. We weren't bothered by it but you can clearly hear everything inside. In our room floor was a bit damaged apparently due to some water from the pool. Also parking is on the streets, however we were able to find a free parking spot nearby. There is also parking areas but those can be expensive. Staff was friendly and bathroom + shower was in good...

”We liked it a lot, especially the helpfulness of the lady at reception who tried to explain everything to us despite her poor language skills. The pool was great, there were always fresh towels. Happy hour every day from 3pm to 5pm. Unfortunately there was a generator next to our room which was very loud and we could hardly sleep. It is a hotel that I can recommend to everyone.”
