”need a gate code to get in. Security seems to be an issue. Whole area is a little iffy. But convenient to go to the Vaux Le Vicomte. No other reason to go there. Just a remote burb of Paris.”

”It was wonderful to stay in their home. They manage their guesthouse professionally, with a friendly breakfast service with local jams and honey. They seemed genuinely concerned about our well-being during our stay. The room was clean and with old-style amenities that seem to have disappeared from French hotels, like the washcloths for the showers and even just tissue paper. ”
