”Olimme matkassa perheen kanssa, 2 aikuista ja 18 sekä 12 vuotiaat. Matkasimme saarelle mukavasti hotellin omalla venekuljetuksella. Asuimme Penghulu talossa. Talossa oma upea uima-allas terassit ja parvekkeet. Yläkerrassa valtava tuplasänky, upea kylpytila suurella ammeella ja hyvät tilat vaatteille ja laukuille. Suuret (pimentävillä verhoila varustetut) ikkunat luontoon. Yläkerran parvekkeelta satumaiset auringolaskunäkymät. Alakerrassa huone 2 sängyllä, kaunis suihkutila, suuret ikkunat....

”Kaunis hotellialue ja palvelut järjestyivät helposti. Rannalta pääsi suoraan snorklaamaan korallisen päälle. Huoneet yleisesti hyvät ja tilavat mutta hieman kuluneet. Suihku ja ilmastointi toimivat erinomaisesti. Sängyt olivat kovat ja kuluneet. Merinäköalalla oleviin huoneisiin kuului musiikki iltaisin häiritsevästi. Vuorovesi oli voimakas, noin 2-3 metriä vuorokaudessa.”

”Nous avons logé dans une jolie cabane en bois au milieu d’un beau jardin . Le personnel est compétent et attentif, merci à eux! La chambre : literie très agréable, Clim au top, salle de bain commode. Sous notre auvent de balcon une gentille petite chauves-souris vient passer la journée. Dans le jardin des petits varans, des papillons, un chat. Les repas sont très bons, les petits déjeuners un peu succints. Ce serait bien d’avoir un peu plus de chaises longues sur la plage. Trois c’est un peu...

”Had 3 nights of stay at TDR over Easter holiday with my kids. The location is 5min walk from ABC jetty, with 3 restaurants surround the property, many choices and good taste. We went to scuba diving, snorkeling trips around Tioman and the packages can be easily bought through the reception. The manager is super helpful with all the booking, and took care of my junior divers with a special dive masters. Very happy to the arrangement. Will definitely come back again!”

”We enjoyed our stay in Minang Cove very much, it is a nice small resort in tropical paradise with the most friendly staff. Our room had very nice balcony overlooking the sea and some trees and you could see monkeys and squirrels walking in your balcony. There is no wifi (which is a good thing, you are on holiday!!!) and not much to do, just relaxing by the beautiful small beach, snorkeling, scuba-diving or hiking in the rainforest... perfect.”

”The best thing of the hotel is the staff. They were friendly, accomodating and helpful. Other than that, the hotel is poorly maintained. The bathroom is a disaster. Pool is dirty as well. I understand covid may have affected the maintenance but the owner does need to consider investing in infrastructure. Food is not great as well. ”
