”Overall, the hotel has great potential, but unfortunately, it is completely untapped. The hotel has two advantages: a large pool with an ocean view and all rooms offering ocean views—of course, the higher the floor, the better the view. And that’s where the positives end. There is no service at the hotel whatsoever. Rooms are not ready on time for check-in. Contrary to the descriptions, there is no bar at the hotel. We saw and took pictures with an elephant, fed monkeys, and saw so many varieties of birds and animals on our river boat cruise, which was amazing! Also, our meals were all very delicious and prepared, and everything was kept tidy. We appreciate all their hard work and care for us! We would love to come back one day!”

”Very nice location directly to the beautifull beach. Good Al inclusive service. The only problem was with finding our booking in the hotel system.”
