”An Old Fashioned (in the best sense of the word) lake side hotel with a creaky, quirky charm we found endearing. We stayed in a second floor room that might charitably be described as snug. However, the indoor and outdoor common areas, particularly the abundance of seating with westward facing views of the lake, more than make up for it. ”This motel was great! There was a nice view of the nearby lake from the balcony. In one of the two rooms we booked, the TV didn't work, but since we only stayed there for one day it wasn't a problem, so we didn't bother to tell the front desk. The rooms were nice and clean, and the shower is good. You can also walk down to the shore and see the lake. You can rent boats and fishing equipment from the motel too.”

”I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and more spacious than I had expected. Modern/updated bathroom amenities (toilet, sink, shower) and television (with hulu/netflix/etc). Front desk is virtual so the only employees I saw were the cleaning staff on Sat/Sun morning. Rooms don't have central heating, so I wish I had known that portable room heaters would be on a first-come, first-served basis huddled around the (empty) front desk. ”We stayed at the Lake N Pines Motel. I couldn't say enough about the scenery! It's absolutely beautiful! The set up of the property is unique in a good way. The motel has separate sections which affords for some nice privacy. We had a second floor room with a private balcony overlooking the water. My favorite part was the gorgeous sunrise! The staff and people there are so friendly! I think I've found my favorite spot. A very nice place to relax.”

”Everything about the Meadowlark deserves a top tier rating! From the moment you walk into the lobby, Austin makes you feel at home. The inn is so clean and well-decorated. The rooms are lovely and you can’t beat the property. Not only is it beautiful, it is set up to spend time outside in nice weather. And as all the other reviews have started, breakfast was just wonderful. We stayed while visiting Cooperstown for the first time and just fell in love with everything. We can’t wait to come back...
