”5 star attention to customer service, clean, quiet and peaceful. If you need to relax and be taken care of this is the best place. Special mention to Isabel, Patricia, Luis and Ramiro, really went above and beyond for our comfort and needs. The whole staff is outstanding. Magnificent facility if there’s anything to add would be a money exchange, besides that it’s all you could ask for in a vacation.”

”Excelente hotel para hospedarse, acogedor y muy bonito en medio de la selva. La comida buena sin ser la mejor, cocina sencilla. Los recepcionistas muy amables. El cuarto tenía algunos detalles de mantenimiento,como de pintura - nada graves, que podrían mejorar. La regadera es fantástica, super amplia y cómoda. No pudimos usar la piscina porque llovió y estaba fría el agua pero se veía espectacular. El Centro queda como a 20 minutos en carro, nosotros salimos a cenar.”

”Hotelli sijaitsee hieman keskustan ulkopuolella mutta aivan kävelymatkan päässä. Huoneet olivat todella ihanat, tilavat ja siistit. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Aamupala hyvä ja myös gluteenittomia tuotteita oli saatavilla. Hotellin ravintolassa oli myös hyvä ruoka.”

”O hotel é muito bom, o quarto é bem grande, o banheiro tem um tamanho razoável, não é no centro mas fica bem perto das atrações da cidade. Os pontos negativos foi que esqueceram de arrumar o quarto e como choveu tinha goteiras em várias dependências do hotel. O atendimento de todos muito cordial e simpáticos, indico”

”Loved this hotel. Pool area is beautiful and great for children too. Staff is welcoming and polite. We got a renovated room on the fourth floor which was perfect, huge and spotless. I cannot say about the rooms that have not yet been refurbished. The wifi is very bad, but that is propably the case in all of the hotels in the area.”
