”Beautiful facility and surroundings. ”

”Stayed 3 nights when visiting the falls. Hotel location is very good, bus to Iguazu falls departs right across the street, many nice restaurants in the same street. Room was ok, clean and spacious. Wi-Fi not so good, worked mainly very late at the evening or early in the morning. Breakfast was very light. Took shuttle bus from airport to hotel and back, 150 ARS one way per person. Friendly staff.”

”Loved this hotel. Pool area is beautiful and great for children too. Staff is welcoming and polite. We got a renovated room on the fourth floor which was perfect, huge and spotless. I cannot say about the rooms that have not yet been refurbished. The wifi is very bad, but that is propably the case in all of the hotels in the area.”

”Not enough water to drink, only a small bottle to refill at the restaurant and the staff either keeps one waiting for ever or refuses to refill it. Keep in mind, the tap water is not safe to drink and the small bottles in the fridge are sold at a very high price. No stores around as the hotel is outside of town. Service is mediocre, breakfast food is average (starch and sugary), steak dinner was good. The view of the river is nice but we got the second floor, not a high floor we had reserved and...

”This was one of the most amazing stays, being in the forest is such a surreal experience - the sounds, the sweet smell of the forest, the resident cats! We visited in the first week of April and stayed in room Botanica 18, which had a hot tub on the balcony - this came in handy when the rain started. We also enjoyed the pool (which is open 9 am to 9 pm) - we went at 8 pm, and we had the whole pool area for ourselves, plus the water was the perfect temperature. ”Hotel with individual lodges, bit dated, had a basic kitchen area. Bed ok. Unfortunately partner got food poisoning at the restaurant, had not eaten anything else that day. Staff very friendly and helpful. 2 pools very nice. Quite a bit of road noise. The hotel recorded a taxi driver who was fantastic. ”
