”It’s a beautiful property but a lot can be done to improve it ..
The food wasn’t very ideal for everyone , can you plz get a chef that can make regular buffet for foreigners please .
The WiFi kept going on and off it’s frustrating if you’re in a foreign country .
Other than that it’s a beautiful property , great staff just needs to be updated the furniture isn’t stable , the food is not good at all .
It’s nice they have an airport shuttle makes it so much easy to get to and from the airport...

”Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The staff made us feel welcome! When we had questions, they were there to answer them, we even have them book us a tour. When we weren't sure what we should do, their recommendations were fantastic. The pool service was good the cocktail menu was wonderful. Our first day at the resort, we had massages done by the pool. Overall, everything was a great experience.”

”The hotel is ok, location is quite good, although not directly accessible by car. Clean and nice rooms with good air conditioning. Our room was quite small, but there were bigger ones. Unfortunately, some of the staff members were quite rude. The pool could be better. ”

”The local employees were good, food was great and the rooftop is super nice!
We stayed for two nights and the experience was ruined when there was a rain and the doors weren’t in best shape. The water came through the door and the hotel room was full of water. All my clothes and bags were wet. The way the manager handled things weren’t good at all. I tried to dry my things and had to go through every single thing I had with me. Some shoes were destroyed and the whole thing took me half a day....
