I choose to believe her behavior was not related to guest heritage or a mixed marriage - A happy combination of Jamaican and Northern European descended. Surely the check-in clerk's behavior is poor for all guests and consequently deserving of summary dismissal.”

They had plenty of amenities for use to borrow for cooking to even having a doggy door to the gated backyard. The host was really kind and responded fairly quickly to all of my questions. The work isn't done yet. There were cables/wires coming out of the walls, lights that weren't working, dirty floors, and the dishes in the kitchen all had a thick cover of dust. The room was supposed to have a/c, but it didn't, and that area gets very hot for much of the year. I called the mgr to ask...
