”I was told I there were 2 double beds in our room when I phone before I booked. On arrival there was a a king bed & a roll away bed which they set up while we were having dinner. Other that that everything else was sensational. ”

”Great location, access instructions seemed complicated but weren't, property needs quite a few minor things - main shower head does not stay up properly, cutlery & crockery not clean (luckily we didn't need it), fridge isn't level, one air-con remote, there was a smell in the unit (we kept laundry shut as it seemed to be in there & we didn't need to use it thankfully). Also property management took a security deposit which I was unaware of.”

”We had to walk to the shopping centre for parking but it wasn’t too far away. The room was fantastic with comfy beds. It’s great to have cooking facilities in the room.”

”Its a beautiful hotel. The 1 bedroom suite was spacious. Staff at the front desk were lovely, especially Ash (i meed to mention her). I think breakfast options at Ostani were limited (in particular, snack options). The room was clean on entry. But the cleaning during our stay was a bit careless. The bed was poorly .made and bathroom items carlessly placed. These little things matter ”

”Staff member who checked me in was rude and abrupt and could do with some training on customer service. Otherwise we did enjoy our stay at The Avenue. The apartment was well equipped and lovely and quiet. The location is great with an easy walk into the city or nearby restaurants in Braddon. Would definitely consider staying there again ”
