”I went through a third party to make the reservation. My email confirmation said check-in time was 2:00. We arrived early just to get some information about Boonville (shopping, eating etc.), not expecting our room to be available yet, but was rudely told check-in wasn't until 3:00. We did arrive back at the hotel around 2:00 and was rudely told again our room wasn't ready, but she was trying to contact housekeeping to get the status. We understood and was fine with waiting in the "lobby"....

”The room was not properly stocked, had not been cleaned very well. Dust on the tables and tv. The TV did not work however it did not bother us as we were not there most of the stay.”

The house is impeccably clean, full of light and windows, comfortable beds, and in a perfect location close to campus The treed private treed back yard and patio was a great place to breathe and rest after fun with our girls. It was the perfect house for Mom's weekend.”

”Everything was wonderful about our stay. We felt that our host was available to help us at any time. The surroundings were so lovely and peaceful out of every window. The home itself was well designed and remodeled with great care. We were grateful we stayed here at the Hombstead and thought this home was perfect in every way — plenty of space, comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms, very clean and beautifully decorated. ”

”Everything was great with this stay. Super close to the college. We were here during a snow storm and the host came over and shoveled the driveway and sidewalk and put salt down. Was very responsive to messages. ”
