”I did not like the fact that the hotel. What's the across the street from another motel? Where the office was located? The management was distant. The the sink stopper mechanism did not work. We cannot get the tv to turn on. Beds were comfortable. There were plenty of blankets , fellows worked as well.”

”The cabin was not clean, there was food left in the refrigerator and used coffee grounds left in the coffee machine, the freezer was dirty and the floors were dirty as well, The garbage pail was not clean. The downtown offered no breakfast locations, or restaurants, only a bar across the street. Overall, we will not be staying at this location in the future.”

”Great location, just two minutes from the boat ramp at the end of the cove. Cozy little cabin which had everything three guys need for an extended weekend fishing trip. The Blackstone was a nice addition (might have to finally buy one of those things).”

”This property really was home away from home. They provided everything you would need for a great vacation. Randy wasn't kidding when he said to pack light. Bring your food and enjoy. Very close to the boat ramps at rathbun lake. The only issue we had was the parking is tight with a boat and 2 vehicles. We made it work. Very nice place and we will surely be back.”

”I was surprised to find this nice place in Eddyville, IA. It looks like a garage on a vacant lot that was transformed into a very nice “hotel suite”. I was there for a class reunion and some of my classmates mentioned they would stay there when visiting if available.”

”All and all the stay was almost perfect. Our daughter rented a cabin across the way that was dog friendly. A few small inconveniences need to be address by the property owner, lightbulb on the microwave to the stove is out, downstairs toilet runs frequently, reclining chair is broken and does not lock up after foot rest is extended. However all of these were small and did not interrupt our vacation weekend. Lovely cabin. ”
