”The grandkids absolutely loved the game room. We felt very comfortable allowing them to entertain themselves in the mornings in that room. They lived in the hot tub half the afternoons of our stay. We had karaoke night that was hilarious! We now know of some hidden talent and why some should keep their day jobs! I do recommend privacy blinds in the bathrooms and bedrooms that face the house nearby. We created our own privacy curtains.”

”We stayed there for the weekend, while we had an event in Red Boiling Springs Tn. It's a beautiful place, in a nice quiet little town. The inside was a nice modern looking interior and very clean. The host was very responsive and polite. We would definitely recommend this place.P.S. Just a heads up though, if you're a bigger guy like me, you will be cramped when using the bathroom. The shower is fine, but the toilet is nestled between two walls. It wasn't impossible to use the bathroom, but was...

”Great communication with Phillip. He even took some kayaks to the property for us. One of the TV screen had a broken image and he offered to replace it right away. Beautiful and quiet location. My family had so much fun with the property, hot tub, pool table and dart board. Many great memories made!!!”

Honestly, everything you could need or want they had. If you have kids there were plenty of games and a theater for them. Highly recommend!”
