”Con-- hard to find the room, building built into a hill so our window looked out at tires in the parking lot, noisy when motorcycle left in the morning, hallway noises easily heard. PROS-- outweighed the cons. Really comfortable mattress! Very clean and mostly well maintained. Helpful staff, used the late check in kiosk which was a bit confusing having never used one before but the live person was also kind, patient and helpful. Only hotel we've been to in years that actually supplied...

”The room was VERY dirty. The floor was gross. The lamps and tables were all covered in dust. I shouldn’t have to clean a hotel room before staying. The hallways & staircase had not been vacuumed in a while. The staff at the front desk when checking in seemed fine, but the staff when checking out was rude,”

”The location of the hotel was excellent and easy to get to. It is close to Walmart, so that was convenient for our situation. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was just cleaned prior to our arrival, so we know that the room was clean. The room was also spacious. The refrigerator worked well, and we put the microwave to good use. The channel line up, etc. was different than indicated on the room's paperwork, but there was a note in the paperwork stating that the line-up was...

”Upon arrival, the man working at the desk ran my card and then cancelled it and the amount came back to my card. He then ran my card again and told me that it didn't go through, but it did. He tried to tell me that I needed to pay again. I saw the receipt he had on his counter that said it went through and I saw that it came out of my bank account. This took a while and my elderly mother was sitting in the car this whole time without air conditioning in 100° weather. In his defense, he did let...

”Long time traveler here, this is the BEST place to stay if you are in Mancos area or visiting Mesa verde NP. The home is so clean and the hosts are the nicest people you will ever meet. Also, their breakfast is absolutely delicious and the conversations around the breakfast table were just as lovely! I would give them 15 out of 10 if I could. Highly recommended!”

”We were not able to stay for breakfast. I reserved a suite since our adult daughter was traveling with us. The suite was perfect. We had 3 queen beds and one was in a separate room. we each had our own bed and were well rested in the morning. Thank you!”
