”The description was accurate regarding the location, layout, and amenities but we missed a hair dryer. The property was clean and well-maintained. Our 4 of us were very impressed by this apartment and ourselves would go back to this apartment any time. We would recommend this apartment to anyone including friends and relatives. The crockery needs updating and we were surprised that we had to remove the bedding as we felt the price for cleaning should have encluded this. Also at the end of a holiday when you have paid for cleaning you don’t expect to have to clean the fridge!!”

”We rented the property for our trip to Lausanne because we had a family and didn't want multiple hotel rooms in the city. The marina is gorgeous and the beach, lake, water sports etc were all great facilities for the kids and family to enjoy. The property was comfortable and well kept and we thought it was great!!”

”It was a great place. The only problem we had was that the rental office personnel did not come to work in the office for the first two days so we could not ask them any questions, like how do you get the entry barrier to come down so you can exit the complex. The people who were manning the phones for the company didn't know. It turns out there is a button on the key fob that lowers the barrier. We had to wait and follow others out the first two days. On the third day the management guy finally...
