”Clean and comfortable motel room which has been nicely renovated and reasonably priced. Bathroom a bit small and didnt have a fan in the bathroom. The breakfast is just Granola bars, yoghurt, poptarts and coffee you can take with you.”

”We have stayed at this motel several times. Whenever we are in Montrose, CO, this motel is where we stay. The grounds are always clean. The rooms and facilities are always clean. The motel is located near the downtown part of town, and close to medical facilities, which I need. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Breakfast bar is always good and provides a wide selection of breakfast items. Everything is good at this location.”

”My bed was broken, the whole place felt dirty. My pillows were all different shapes and sizes. It was awful. The staff was nice and I have to say it was as clean as it could be, but everything was so old, there's no way to make it feel nice... the carpets and curtains were scary, and for 140 bucks a night I could have gone somewhere else. I would avoid this place at all costs and I would have left but I got in really late.”

”If you want a free continental breakfast, don’t eat here because I’ll give you coffee and blueberry muffins”

”Clean room and great location”

”My family and I had an amazing stay at Honey Rock Landing! This place is truly one of a kind. Staying in a cave and being able to look up at the stars made the entire experience feel incredibly unique and memorable. The farm-to-table cuisine was fantastic and made the stay even more special. We also loved having access to the boathouse and spending time paddle boarding on the pond. The natural-built swimming pool was another highlight—such a cool experience! Honey Rock Landing is so much more...

”Rundown, old building with overpriced rates. No upkeep done with the high prices they charge. No auto open button at front door for wheelchair users. Just very poorly maintained.”
