”I stayed here expecting to use the pool, since it was listed as one of the amenities. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I found out the pool was closed and not available during my stay. This was really disappointing, especially because it was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. I understand that maintenance or unexpected issues can happen, but it would be very helpful if the hotel clearly updated this information online or notified guests ahead of time. Being transparent about unavailable...

”Pool slide was broken no one mentioned it until arrival, biggest reason for booking... Had the verdant thermostat's which couldn't be changed front desk tried to call maintenance no response from them. Ended up getting the window to open for cool air. Too be fair the staff on duty did try to help but couldn't due to lack of knowledge”

”There was no one at this hotel. Not one car, not even staff! I called the number on the counter and was told the jet was in the drawer behind the desk. The plastic key didn’t work but there was a master key so when my room was cold , it was -2 outside and the heater didn’t work I searched for a warm room to sleep in after 5 rooms I found one. The bed and sheets were clean and I slept fine but wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. I am surprised that this is listed on Expedia!”

”This was a perfect home for our stay. We came from Colorado to visit our daughter who is going to SDSU. It was so close to campus, grocery store and places to eat. The neighborhood was friendly and safe. Molly was so accommodating and communicated very well. ”
