”Very Nice house clean with amazing views, Chad and Jen were great hosts. Any issues were immediately addressed. Dock for fishing and swimming were great. Foosball and Ping-Pong table were a blast. Pool was a added bonus. Life vests / Pool floaties an games for the water was a plus. Very quite area, house is with in 15 mins for Daingerfield State Park. Patio had a Blackstone Grill and a Pit boss Pellet Smoker. Family had a great time, will defiantly be going back. ”

”On Sunday there were large numbers of people out for breakfast. Unfortunately it was obvious that they were not replenishing the eggs, and never added the bacon like on Mondayeven yogurt was not replenished. ”

”Great staff, clean room/beds, but property is long-in-the-tooth. Some repairs are poorly done. Breakfast was terrible. Pool was not in good shape (but early in season). Okay for the price.”

”Mold, peeling walls, torn up floors, toilet would not flush, light switch when you first walk in didn’t turn any lights on, light in vanity area would not turn on. Vents were rusted and hanging off, smoke detector was just open wires hanging, door would not close completely and the lock was henge was broken. Linens on bed were dirty. ”
