”Evidently there was digital discrepancies and we didn’t get room I reserved. The short recovery was giving me a room to satisfy my other concerns. The room is well laid out and comfortable. The tub was slightly dirty and the bathroom tile is loose because the grout is dried out to point it was sticking to my feet. The towels were great but the pillows depleted as soon as a head was on it. I was also grateful for the blackout shades because curtains usually leave a strip of light. ”

”Hotel was in terrible condition, carpet was filthy. I was on 2nd floor, elevator not working. At 66 years old it was tough taking my luggage to 2nd floor. This is BS to have to pay $161 for what? Staff was pleasant and my room was clean. I will not be coming back. ”

”The room that I was issued was TERRIBLE - the bathroom was so terribly dirty I was concerned about using it - the toilet had a crusty ring at the water line - this was not due to age it was due to lack of cleaning - my room was actually missing the second bed, but did have two headboards - if I would have been with my spouse we would have moved on and left our payment behind - the room actually gave me a terrible feeling with a missing bed and lack of maintenance and a closed musty smell. Never...
