”The hotel was clean and facilities new and well maintained. The dining options were limited, and the mall next door didn’t have many restaurant options either, so I’d plan for this if booking. Wait staff bounced us around a lot and it took a long time to meet requests, though eventually they were met. Overall would recommend. ”

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, I was disappointed with the in room dining service. ”Great stay, staff are brilliant & friendly and really helpful. One of the pools was closed which I wasn't aware when I made the booking but it wasn't much of a problem for us. Only negative for me is that if you have allergies or dietary requirements then they struggle to cater, The coffee shop didn't have any options for us and no alternative milk to dairy either. I had to check every item and list everything as many of the stuff didn't understand what Vegan was and my children have allergies...
