”The most flexible hotel I have stayed at! When we had a delayed bus and needed to change our booking at short notice, the hotel obliged and gave us a room immediately without making us pay for the room we no longer needed on a different date. I am very happy at how flexible and obliging they were. We stayed in a suite and it was a huge room with everything that you needed. The gas heater kept it very warm too. ”

”The hotel, the room and restaurant very good but there is issues about the management. Bolivia is my 36. country that I did visit which one means hundreds of hotel overnights in every class of hotels but I had some first time experience in that hotel. I came to hotel at 7.30 after 12 hours of bus trip and I did ask for early check-in. My room was ready but they did ask 30 $ for 3.30 hours early check-in. After I said I don't want to pay and wait for one hour at the lobby, they let me check-in. I...
