”Reasonable pricing when including the breakfast buffet which was really good in taste and plenty of various dishes to choose from. Room was large enough with nice view (mountain/partial sea view room, not panorama). We were upgraded to this instead of full mountain view which was of course very nice. Room was also available already at 9 am which we requested after booking, excellent! Pool area is really nice and pool is large enough. Also the beach was clean, lifeguard available, enough sun beds...

”There was zero communication from the property manager about where to go, when to arrive and so on. Attempts to reach them via the Vrbo messaging system yielded nothing. We ended up driving around the town, trying to figure out where we should start the tour, and we eventually had to book a stay in a local hotel and pay for a separate dhow cruise the next morning. I have requested a refund and, as expected, zero response. Awful experience! ”
