”The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyone spoke English. Ruth at the front desk assisted me in getting my luggage bag sewn together at a very reasoble price after it was torn by the airline. Dining room staff was wonderful. Cleaning and groundskeeping staff were also wonderful! Restaurant meals as well as the buffet breakfast were great!”

”The whole staff greeted me as I arrived to the hotel. My room wan not clean, so they immediately gave me a another room. It is right in front of the beach. The breakfast is fresh and the restaurant food was fresh to order and very delicious. It is a little out from the city but well worth the drive for the cost compared to other resorts in Mwanza.”
