”My second time in Martin House Inn. It is situated in the hearth of town and is close to the ferry, buses, shops and restaurants. Still the location is quiet and not crowded. Had a room with a shared bathroom which worked out fine. Common areas were charming. Enjoyed breakfast, afternoon treats, Friday cheese and wine and evening sherry or bourbon nitecap. Beds were comfortable and everything clean. Will return for shure!”

”We really enjoyed our stay at Life House! The room was clean and well decorated and the bed and pillows were so comfortable! The staff was always helpful and super friendly. ”This is a cute b&b type of place. The staff was very friendly and helpful. In my room, the baseboard of the door was missing, so I had to use a towel to block several inches between the door and the floor. The Internet was also spotty at best. But overall, it was good for a quick stay on the island. ”

”The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. They really went above and beyond for us. The room was clean and charming, albeit my room had a very small bathroom set-up unlike 2 rooms that my travel companions had. The bed was very comfortable with nicely soft bed linen. Very enjoyable patio with fire pit and comfortable seating. Would definitely stay here again. ”
