”This hotel was awesome, my boyfriend and I came to celebrate our anniversary and decided upon this hotel because it seemed to be the best deal at the time even though it’s pretty hard to call anything on Nantucket a deal. I was a little worried about this hotel not being worth it and it completely exceeded my expectations, super clean and new but with a vintage charm, I was expecting the room to be small and while it was, it was a lot nicer than I expected, newly renovated bathroom, skylights...

”My second time in Martin House Inn. It is situated in the hearth of town and is close to the ferry, buses, shops and restaurants. Still the location is quiet and not crowded. Had a room with a shared bathroom which worked out fine. Common areas were charming. Enjoyed breakfast, afternoon treats, Friday cheese and wine and evening sherry or bourbon nitecap. Beds were comfortable and everything clean. Will return for shure!”

The staff is friendly and professional. They even loan out beach towels and beach chairs - a big plus if you fly to the island!”
