”I had prepaid 4 rooms, but only 3 were available. The personnel were about to send one of us to a different hotel, but we insisted to stay as one group. After 75 minutes, they "found" a fourth room that was dirty, full of mosquitos and the room lock did not work. No apologies or compensation. Otherwise, the hotel was ok, although food was pretty average.”

”Great hotel, will stay there again. While it’s not a budget hotel, the food and service are excellent with airport drop off and 24/7 coffee. Victoria and Agness at reception were very good at check in. Well maintained grounds, though the solar panels need cleaning regularly. Occasional power outages but solar and generator are on standby.”

”Comfortable room. ”

”Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent stay, which was booked through Hotels.com. While Hotels.com is generally a reliable platform, my experience at the hotel was extremely disappointing and stressful due to poor handling of payment verification and communication. ”I booked for my parents they really enjoyed. Two or more night will be great for them next time. To have time to enjoy the swimming pool as well.”

”We were welcomed to the lodge by super friendly staff. They were extremely helpful on our quest to explore Ndola and we ended up having such a great time with the people at the lodge that they became our friends and they were the absolute high point of our visit to the Copperbelt region. All in all the place was clean, nice and the only thing we missed was a mosquito net. We would definitely recommend everyone going to Ndola to stay at Chabanga Lodge. Greetings from Signe and Niclas from...

”Good Day, please note that we did not even book into your lodge. Just arriving at the reception was a great shock, the number of males sitting around and making comments. Made me want too just leave, asked to see the room and that was another shock. Dirty bug running around the room and on the bed. No this is unacceptable, to all travelers please do not even waste your time to book this lodge. Very Very Bad ”

”It was noisy”
