”I had prepaid 4 rooms, but only 3 were available. The personnel were about to send one of us to a different hotel, but we insisted to stay as one group. After 75 minutes, they "found" a fourth room that was dirty, full of mosquitos and the room lock did not work. No apologies or compensation.
