”Das Zimmer war soweit in Ordnung. Man merkt allerdings, dass es renovierungsbedürftig ist. Durch ein Schlitz/Riss an der Wand/Fußboden und Abfluss im Bad ist ein Tausendfüßler reingekrochen. Das Frühstück war gut. Ich würde dort allerdings nicht nochmal übernachten wollen. Wir haben im Dungle-Beetle-Suite übernachtet. Für mich ist es kein 4 Sterne-Hotel. Das Personal war nett. Zum Schlafen hat es ausgereicht. Man fährt über eine Schotterstraße dorthin. ”

Ruokakauppa ja muita kauppoja ihan vieressä - hotellin vartija saattoi sinne ja takaisin illalla. Ilmeisesti täällä on valitettavasti ryöstön vaara mutta koskee ihan koko Port Elizabethia ei vain tätä hotellin ympäristöä. ”

Room service was not very effective- I'd place an order on their app, but the app wouldn't always update if the order had been received or not (it's supposed to update the user with this info). I was required to use my CC on the app, but when my food was delivered, they'd ask again for payment. All of this made me uncertain if my initial payments went through or not, or if I'd be paying twice for my meals. The room service personnel did say I could send...

”Wow! This hotel looks better in real life than in pictures. We had a gorgeous and spacious rooms with private showers also outside. They have absolutely beautiful garden with a lot of flowers. The service was excellent if you do not take in account the waiting time for breakfast or lunch food. We enjoyed the set dinner in their beautiful restaurant. In some reviews the restaurant had been compared with Michelin star restaurants. I would not raise expectations that high to avoid disappointment,...

”Truly, a five star experience that went above and beyond expectations because of Ranger John! He is an expert level two ranger; has deep knowledge of the nature and history of the land is completely unparalleled! There are many times where he was able to see animals that no one else could see because of his 40 years of experience in the bush. On one of the game drives, he smelled a carcass, and we went to explore the carcass and subsequently which led us to who hidden lions that were finished...

”The absolute worst service ever. This place does not portray the look on photos. I already paid in full two weeks before our stay, for two nights and the owner refused to talk to us upon arrival. When the reception told us they do not have our booking as it must have been last minute from our side and they double booked. They left us standing there for over two hours refusing to help our refund us. Absolutely shocking. ”
