”Communication was great from the initial booking. Spacious, clean, and very private. Great accommodations and up to date appliances/furniture. Canoe is a lovely addition that we took pretty far down the river to explore. Would absolutely return and recommend to others!”

”Our family can't say enough great things about our recent stay. The grounds of the estate are beautiful and tranquil. We quickly found our favorite spots to just watch the river and wildlife. The Carriage House has an amazing interior that matches the history and grandeur of the estate while also having modern amenities. The pool was perfectly situated in its own garden setting and the covered colonnade provided a wonderful shaded place to relax in the shade. We will definitely be back!”

”Our family of four loved our stay at the Moss Side Manor house. The house was very comfortable and we loved the historic furnishings. The farm setting was very interesting. We saw the farm manager feeding the cows and he kindly gave us an impromptu lesson on the farm and area properties. The house was also close to several restaurants and a short drive to Williamsburg. All in all a great visit. Highly recommended.”

”So happy to have found a place that's halfway between Kings Dominion and Busch Gardens instead of being so close to one and far from the other. We come to the area every few years for the parks and this has by far been our best stay. Perfect location and perfect size home for 4 adults (mom, dad, and 18 & 21 yr old sons). The home was super clean and comfy. Had everything we needed. We didn't get to spend time in the backyard because it was HOT outside, but we definitely would have loved the...
